Tale of bravery and valour

I was just walking across mom's bed one day...


Blissfully unaware of the enemy hiding... waiting. Her camouflage was nearly perfect. There was no way for me to know she was waiting... for me!


Her attack was swift and precise.
I fought back with great courage and strength, like David against a mighty Goliath, Velvet was half-again my size!

I pushed her over the edge of the bed, but her tenacity was inhuman! She locked into my paws and pulled me down to the ground. Stunned, I landed on the soft, carpeted flooring. Velvet was nowhere in sight. I realized I had to act fast to regain my footing before the gained the upper-paw.


Suddenly, she attacked! We wrestled for many long minutes, all the while mom did nothing to break us apart. She kept pointing the silver device at us, occasionally making it flash.


In the end, I emerged victorious. Velvet was defeated upon the grounds of mom's bedroom. I cast Velvet's body to the comfy, sleepy bed of the desk where she did not move. No, I don't think she was sleeping, but she might have been...
Yes, it was truly an epic battle, from which I emerged with many epic loots and tales of adventure.

I am Tiger Lilly, the brave warrior! Grrrr! I know where you sleep, too. One night, when you least expect it I will strike. You will feel something furry against your arm and hear a deep, roaring purr against your ear.
Then, my friend. Then you will know that your nights of worry-less sleep are at an end. In the quiet and darkness you will hear me. My feet make little sound, but the sound of your treasured possessions being knocked to the floor will echo in your ears. Your drapes will shred beneath my claws and everything you've ever loved will now be coated with a thin layer of cat fur.
You will be helpless, listening to your world being chewed up by my kitty teeth as you lie awake in the dark... terrified... of the Lilly.
